I didn't really like the fit of this. It bowed out on the sides when I wore it. I know it doesn't have any boning, but it didn't even try to contour to my body, it just bowed out. My friend tried it on and it did the same thing. The design is pretty and I wish it would fit, but it certainly doesn't.

I always order a size up in scarlet darkness corsets so I can get the fit I am looking for. I accidentally clicked the wrong size and so this one is way too big on me. However, the print is nice and pretty, the zipper works well, and the stitching is nice. I think it would have fit perfectly had I gotten the size I usually order for scarlet darkness corsets.

This is such a beautiful corset. I got it for a renaissance fair themed wedding and it looked amazing with my dress, but I like it smooch that it has become part of my daily wardrobe too. It's so fun to style with different outfits and adds such a cool factor when layered over dresses or tops. I love the vintage vibes it adds to any look.There is a zipper on the left side that runs form the top hem to the bottom hem, which makes it really easy to take on and off, since you don't have to unlace the ribbons every time you put it on or take it off. It has what feels like 4 flexible plastic boning in the front and two on the back which help shape it a little bit, but it does not snatch your waist like a full corset would. It's more the suggestion of shaping. It dips a bit in the front in a sort of V shape which helps to give the illusion of an hourglass waist too.Fit: I'm 5'4" and weigh 176 lbs, with a 38D bust and 36" waist. My shoulders measure 16.9" across. I usually wear between a size medium to large in women's tops (in US sizing), but I followed the sizing chart (which is accurate) and got this in a size 18 and it is slightly loose on me. I should've gotten one size smaller, but when worn over a dress or top with the ribbon corset tightened all the way it fits pretty well.They gentle grayish green print is very pretty; I only wish that the flying bird with spread wings was on the front of mine like was shown in the ad pictures, but it's a fabric so the print is not going to be in the same place every time. On mine, the bird is on the back of the corset. I still love mine.It is cropped as expected. This has the look of a corset but it doe NOT tighten in the same way as a traditional corset. The ribbon corset on the center front and center back can both be tightened and loosened only to about an inch or two. The zipper on the left side is what determines most of the fit, so if you don't get the correct size, the ribbon corset doesn't really allow you to adjust the size much, so be sure to consult the sizing chart before ordering to get your correct size. The chart is accurate.Its comfortable to wear, especially with a shirt or something under it. The fabric feels almost like a soft thin canvas material, but it is actually 90% polyester and 10% viscose. The back corset has a flap behind it so it doesn't show anything through the ribbons.

The color is gorgeous and just what I hoped for. The fabric is a really good texture. It fits a little shorter than I expected but that's on me for not checking measurements. Zipper seems sturdy. Overall not bad for the price.

Pretty decorative corset. This corset is much more flexible and the bones are much softer than a genuine corset would be, so it doesn’t really cinch your waist in all that much. But the design does look really pretty. It looks just like the picture and is fairly comfortable to wear.
