I've been using this line in 12 and 17lb test for over a year to throw everything from worms to 1 1/8oz spoons, and it has been working great. I just have to remember to wet the line and not synch the knots down super tight. Smart idea to re-tie or check your line after pulling big bass through heavy grass.

Was able to use the same leader all day. Had a bass wrapped around a tree limb hanging out of the water. Checked the line after I released the fish and there were no nicks in the line. I switched from vanish and this one seems to superior to the Berkeley vanish 17lb and it's only a few dollars more. Thank

This is my favorite flourocarbon line in the 4 to 18 pound range. It stays supple on the reel, casts easily with little stretch and makes a great all-around, abrasion resistant line. This is also a great floro for anglers new to baitcasters or those used to throwing mono. Very forgiving.
