Had expensive down comforter but kept tearing shoulder cuffs was so heavy to lift over head at night. This is thinner than the down but much warmer than even the feather cover. I live in outskirts of Buffalo, NY, and the weather is truly what the news portrays -- very cold. Ican keep my bedroom cool for comfortable breathing and be VERY warm under this blanket. Got on sale. What a steal. Washes up well without filling shifting in clumps. Dry on very low dryer for quite a while to fluff up. If you use to hot heat can cause clumping of polyester. Read care label.

It’s very soft and fluffy and warm, not all weather tho as it’s been very hot even with the ac on in my room but I do love how it looks in my cover sets very fluffy.

I adore this comforter and have bought it several times at this point. It's not the most aesthetic (I'd use a prettier quilt/comforter on top) but it is so comfortable. Our room doesn't normally get too cold and this is perfect, especially for the summer. It's lightweight and cool but still keeps you warm. It also washes really well.

I love this blanket! Easily my favorite I’ve ever had. It’s been 4 months and I’ve washed it twice, still like new! The problem I have is, I have rough heels, which would make my other comforters pill (get those tiny little annoying balls) and I haaaate the way they feel. This blanket has shown no signs that it will do that.🙌🏼

This is a great comforter/duvet insert. I personally use it as a comforter alone with no duvet covering it. I always wash bedding before using it and want you to know this only gets better and better and more and more soft and comfy with every wash. It can be washed and dried right in your home washer & dryer and it has held up well in mine this far (and mine is a king size). I’ve washed it probably 4 times in a month and a half and the only change is it’s better everytime I complete the wash and dry! It’s very soft and cozy, not to hot or too cold. It allows for a slight amount of air to come through it keeping you from getting too hot like some others I’ve had. If you like comforters that have the crisp, crackle sounds and are looking for one like that, then this is NOT the one you want.I always get mine a size up from my actual bed size so my bed is a queen therefore I purchased a King size which fits great. It’s not too heavy where it hangs over the sides and even though my bed is lower to the ground, it doesn’t touch the ground. I believe that the queen size would fit my queen bed nicely as well based on the measurements.
