These dehydrator sheets are a great addition to the dehydrator. They work well, are very easy to clean, and feel like they will last a long time. They work great for thicker liquid items like fruit leather and also small grains.

These are flat mats to use for small items you're dehydrating so the food does not fall through the trays. Last year I ordered these with a lip to contain liquids. I didn't read this description well enough and needed more with the lip but I ordered these by mistake. Same company so they looked the same. I had to send them back as I have other similar mats. But since I already have the lip trays from this same company, I know that their mats are top quality, and these that I sent back were top quality. Yes I recommend them for their intended use.

Easy to clean, more durable and healthier to use for our family and bird. Super happy with this purchase!

I am getting more into dehydrating meals for backpacking and wanted to have more options for sheets. These are terrific. Very happy with the quality. They clean up easy and are a perfect size for my Excalibur! Love them!

I like them but there are a few considerations:#1 - They are thinner than I expected. I was hoping that they would be more like the Silpat baking sheets. (see picture of comparison)#2 - You definitely cannot pick these up with anything on them - as shown in the picture where I am holding one in my open hand.#3 - Even though pictures show these on the open Excalibur trays, you would not be able to dry fruit leather and such as the weight would cause it to sink into little pools between the grid - as shown in the picture where I am pressing lightly on the space between - you must use the poly-screen tray insert under them. That picture is what misled me to think they would be thick enough to use without the screen tray.#4 - I believe that they may tear easily if they catch on something because when I was extracting them from the cellophane wrapping, one edge of a sheet was stuck and when I pulled it, a little, tiny piece tore off. Note to self: Handle with care - don't be rough.Aside from these issues, the butternut squash/applesauce leather I made did peel off VERY EASILY. The sheet cleaned up lickety-split after just soaking for a few minutes. So, all in all, I guess I am happy to have them. I can now fill 9 trays with thick mash or use them for small pieces that may fall through the screen trays. They weren't too thin, though, that would make them flap from the air moving across them. They did pull up slightly from the leather shrinking around the edges. I have yet to try them by drying something lightweight to see if there would be any problems there.FYI: I used 3 cups of thick pulp and spread it to within 1/2 to 1 inch of the edges. I should have used 4 cups so that the leather would then dry as a single sheet instead of drying into pieces.
