Love it. Quick and easy to put together, it heats up quickly and the mop pads are great with their scrubbing streaks in them, but are still soft. It has a good cord length and does the same great job as anything more expensive. Very happy with my purchase.

Cumple con lo que promete, es fácil de preparar y de usar. El único inconveniente que le veo es que las mopas que vienen incluidas se ensucian demasiado rápido. Después de una usada hay que meterla a la lavadora. Como no se usa limpiador de pisos se ahorra dinero en estos y al no usar agua directamente sobre el piso este seca bastante más rápido que con una mopa tradicional. Como recomendación, si quieres que tu casa siga teniendo el aroma de recién trapeado, vierte unas gotas de aceite aromático al tanque de agua, de 5-7 gotas serán suficientes.

We use this Steam mop in the clinic on our hard wood floors. We love it! Fast to warm up, easy to use. Small water vessel but it's fine for small jobs. ( we have 900sq feet of flooring) all of us who have used it will be buying one for our home use.

Buena opción para limpieza de pisos con poco esfuerzo, recomiendo comprar más microfibras para una mejor limpieza, el artículo viene con 2 solamente

Es magnífica, limpia toda la mugre con el plus que desinfecta el vitropiso. Uno debe tener en cuenta que no es para mugre de años, es para usarla diariamente. El tanque lleno me rinde para la primera planta de mi casa (7x15 m2), y se mete hasta el fondo debajo de los muebles sin problemas.Lo único que no me agrada es que no hay otro forma de apagarla a menos que se desenchufe, estaría genial que tuviera un interruptor y que se pudiera regular la cantidad de vapor sin estar bombeando todo el tiempo, aunque se hace de manera automática como si uno trapeara.Los pads si recogen todo, yo los lavo a mano con detergente líquido y los cuelgo al sol, quedan listos para el siguiente día de limpieza.

I've only used it a couple of times and am very impressed with the way it cleans my hardwood, slate and tile floors. I have four dogs and have tried every floor cleaning product on the market. Very easy to use, heats up quickly, is lightweight and has great maneuverability. Having read reviews from others and the problems they encounter these are my upfront suggestions. Do not add anything to the water tank. If you feel you need a product in addition to the steam have a separate spray bottle to use on your difficult areas. Additives will absolutely damage the tank and seals (speaking from experience with similar products). Wash the pad after each use, multiple uses will result in less clean floors that feel sticky and look cloudy. Remove the water tank when not in use, remove the cap, drain it, let it dry. If you keep water in it, sealed up tight, you run the risk of bacteria growing and causing smells and possibly mold. I've found its better to let the seals dry between uses. That said, this is a very nifty little steam cleaner that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Good quality, lots of steam for cleaning and sanitizing purpose. Works so well and you can almost feel it is cleaner after. I like it. Also super easy to use. Only down side is the extra mats cost too much.

I have never owned or used a steam mop before I purchased this one. I have, however, used just about any and every other kind of mop and other floor cleaning device out there, and I have to say, I prefer this to any other product or device I've ever used to clean my tile and laminate wood flooring.Previously, I was using a swiffer wet jet, which worked fine, but I was going through a ton of the spray cleaner that comes with it every time I cleaned the floors. I have 2 small dogs, and it recently occurred to me that I had no idea what the swiffer solution was made out of and whether or not it was safe for my dogs.This got me thinking about looking for a natural cleaning solution, which ultimately led me to the shark steam mop. (It uses only water to clean your floors; zero chemicals or other unknown substances.)I really didn't know what to expect when I received this thing, but it was insanely easy to put together, fill up, and get to cleaning. You literally just snap it together, fill up the water reservoir, pump the handle a few times, and you're ready to get mopping.I was able to clean my entire 1100 square foot house (all tile and laminate wood floors) without having to refill the water reservoir, and I have to say, this thing cleaned my floors as well, if not better than the swiffer wet jet and any other product I have tried.If your looking for a natural alternative to chemical floor cleaning products, I would highly recommend the shark steam mop!
