I ordered a half dozen different pairs of shoes and the sizing is always way off too small. Mostly the shoes are way to small. I wear 10.5 and ordered 11.5 and they are the closest I could get, maybe a little loose but couldnt get the size down on my feet. Love the single Velcro strap. They are lightweight. Firm bottom. They work fine. I believe best bang for the buck on the market.

I got these to ride indoor on my trainer mounted Trek gravel bike. They run just a tad large in but I like the extra room in the toe box. The heel has a good fit, so really no problems at all. Would recommend for indoor, but not so sure they’re rugged enough for an outdoor ride in the elements.

I have a little bit wider foot and typically wear 8.5 (half size up or down depending on brand). I purchased the 8.5-9 and it fits. Toe box is wide enough where you should be able to accommodate even if your foot is a little flatter. They look good and feel good. The single strap makes it effortless to take on and off for an indoor workout.One issue I had was that underneath the shoe insert there is a piece of tape that has a piece of felt, which is used to hold the bracket that the cleat screws into and lets it slide up and down without getting lost in the shoe. On my shoe this tape had shifted, so I needed to carefully put it back into place and reseat the bracket for the cleat. Once the cleat is in this isn’t a problem, but heads up as a potential quality issue.Happy that they fit and look good. I put on Shimano SPD cleats which do not come with the shoe.

Can actually walk normally in these as the cleat placement is basically embedded in the sole. I use indoor but don't really see why you couldn't use for occasional outdoor use. Easy to put on and secure with single strap. Highly recommend.
