Bought this as it look similar to what my physiotherapist is using. It works very well and solid. Not too hard to use for therapy massage and clearing simple knots. Best to use with guidance from your therapist.

We actually bought these to play ball with our dogs and they love them. We do too. I love the fact that they have weight and are sturdy - and low bounce! No fuzz like tennis balls - I always hated that. Definitely would get some more!

Not sure how to rate these as actual Lacrosse balls but for my needs they have been great. I have been using them for my neck and upper back to roll and work out the knots in my muscles.

I originally bought these for massage which they serve that purpose well! But my dog loves them too and they are really durable. He’s an aggressive chewer but has yet to make a dent in one.

These are the only balls that my puppy doesn’t destroy! They are sturdy and I love the fun colors!
