Wonderful product but like all Silhouette's, they are loud when they cut.

I have been waiting to see what comes out for cutting stickers for my business. Glad I got it. Dors come with a learning curve but so far I have figured it out. I only have 1 complaint and that is the waste I am dealing with in my finished product. Wish the whole sheet of paper could be used. Seems only about 2 3rds is usable. But other that no complaints. Love it. Tones of videos on YouTube e for a person to learn from. Very well supported product. Definitely better than cricket. Ty for an awesome product.

Make sure you have good lighting above the portrait4 so it can read your registration marks properly. After a lot of trial and error and all the YT videos I could find.. I love it. Definitely quieter than the protrait3. Do your research. Nothing wrong with hand cutting your die-cuts first!

Llego mucho antes de la fecha, en su caja original y sellada, viene con los accesorios que describen, enseguida la use la uso por bluetooth excelente. Todo preciso. Excelente maquina. Me encanta. Recomendado.

I bought this machine in 1/2024, now its 8/2024 the machine does not cut correctly due to the fact that the mat keeps sliding while cutting. I haven't found a remedy online. I emailed customer support from Silhouette America 3 times, and I've received no response. This is my second Portrait, I've had my first Portrait machine for years and it works, so I am not new to the machine. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is the last this company will see of me.

Ya tengo con ella unos meses, la adquirí para uso personal y estoy encantada, a la primera funcionó, llegó en excelentes condiciones ni la caja malteada. Claro, soy principiante y fue intuición al usarla. Hasta elomento me ha fallado una ocasión la cuchilla y espero no vuelva a pasar. Excelente artículo. Al principio la app no la detectaba pero ya se actualizo y ya se puede usar, pero la uso más con el software. Me encantó!

Tengo la Cameo 4 con una base de corte de 30x30 cms y es muy buena pero esta Portrait 4 me encanta pues casi siempre utilizo los formatos carta y A4 y esta máquina es perfecta, práctica, hace todo lo que hace mi Cameo 4 pero con la nueva tecnología, no hace ruido al cortar, pronto podré adquirir el mat que trabaja con electrostática y la pluma para poner foil, es una maravilla y la conseguí a un precio espectacular, gracias! 1000% recomendable

So I've only ever owned cricut products and machines. And while I love the simplicity of cricut, I got increasingly tired of the issues with their design space. I wanted a backup machine that I could use in its place if needed, as well as something a little smaller. After a lot of research I dipped my toes into silhouette with this machine. The design studio takes some getting used to, and I have to re-learn it all, but so far I'm really enjoying it. I feel like there are so many more possibilities and the best part of all, I've had absolutely NO issues with it working flawlessly (only user errors). Plus the machine works amazingly! It's a work horse. Right out of the box I cut some stickers, and I didn't even need to calibrate it, it just worked. I like that. Some things to note, it's louder than my cricut. But I don't mind. And there is a lot more to learn in the design space. Coming over from cricut, it can be quite frustrating and difficult, however I believe it's worth it in the long run. I like that there are more options and you are more in control of your designs. I like the endless possibilities. I like that it WORKS! It's not slow or doesn’t crash on me. When I say "difficult" I mean it feels like I went from kindergarten (cricut) to high school(silhouette). Which isn't a bad thing, just different.

Estoy sorprendido con la precisión en el corte y después de un mes de trabajo sigue cortando como recién desempacada.Esta es mi primer maquina Silhouette y software Silhouette Studio es muy intuitivo la recomiendo bastante!
