This Retekess window intercom is a lifesaver! It's super easy to set up and use, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear. So we had this intercom at our business for 2 months and it started not working correctly. Basically, there is a mute hearing button and a mute talk button that you can turn on and off. However, now when we press whichever mute button it won't work immediately. For example, if I have a customer and I have it set to both hear and talk to them at the same time then if for some reason I need to have a private conversation and mute talking to a customer for a second, it won't mute. You have to play with the buttons and press them on and off like 10 times before it works. Or you have to use the power button to turn the whole unit off. You basically sit there looking like an idiot in front of the customers.The response from the company initially was just don't touch the mute buttons. What? I want to use the product how it is intended and how it works best for me. I'm not misusing it, that's what those buttons are there for. If you don't use the mute buttons then you have the leave the unit on all the time and listen to excessive outside noise and have people walking by hear you.So then the company says send it back and we will send you a new one. They didn't even offer to cover shipping this heavy thing. No way am I going to pay more money to send you back your crap that worked for less than 2 months. Right outside of the return period.Just save your time and buy a better intercom.In short- just buy from somewhere else.

Welcome all, let met first tell ya about one of the greatest part of this experience. The customer service provided by Angela has been astounding. The product shipped a lot faster than the site described (a month sooner to be exact) and all items were in tack and ready to deploy. I work in an Amazon Fulfillment Center which I ordered these for. Due to the Covid19 crisis we had to start placing Plexiglas all around making it very difficult to hear our fellow associates. I had looked around for some bank teller type speakers and came across this product. The device was very simple to setup and it looks pretty slick. One of our team members did however, encounter a problem with a speaker going out. That is when I made my contact with the seller (Angela) directly based on feed back I had read within the questions. I had informed her of the issue and she was very quick to jump in and help. She had informed me just after my first contact that a replacement one would be shipped! Pretty excited as this truly made a game changing experience for us at work. The new device had delivered within the time frame Angela had stated and it is now back up and running. The location I work at had ordered a total of 16 of these all from different departments. Out of the 16 only the one had this issue. Overall even with a minor hiccup we are very pleased to have made the decision to go with Retekess. Sound is very loud and clear for both sides and the mics pickup really well. The software within the device also is able to remove all the conveyance sound in the background automatically making the voices even more clear.Just as a fun fact for using these to anyone that get's one. The main base mic facing the teller/employee has the higher priority so if you speak while the customer is, their audio will not transmit to the teller. So be sure that you do not speak as they are or you may miss some of the conversation.

Was easy to install, only needed to plug in the power but sometimes doesn’t work. Overall better than some other brands and lasts a while too

We use it at our office to screen persons from entering our office or to receive packages. It was almost impossible for us to communicate with visitors without this device. It works perfect for us. Easy to use and easy to install. We are located in a hot and humid area, the stickers provided didn't work for use. We had to use a silicon base adhesive.
