Me llego mi bote de basura, con golpes y abolladuras en los 4 costados. No quize aprovechar la oportunidad de comprar a un precio mucho menos en remate y me llego como si fuera tal, que lastima, buen tamaño, funciona, pero debido a los golpes parece una mercancia de segunda , ni ponerlo a la vista, se ve feo.

El producto llego dañado, pero funciona, asi que no lo devolveré. Solo como sugerencia, el carrier y el vendedor deberian tener precaucion de no golpear el producto.

He tenido este producto por algunas semanas ya, y lo que puedo comentar hasta este momento son dos cosas: Una que sí tiene la apariencia de ser muy durable. El sistema de pedal parece ser muy robusto, se siente firme al presionarlo y no parece que vaya a dañarse pronto. Y la otra y probablemente lo más importante es que la tapa al bajar sella herméticamente. Yo tenía problema de hormigas y no podía tener el bote en la cocina. Con esto mi problema se arregló. No salen malos olores, no entran hormigas. Creo que lo único que podría añadírsele (o al menos no lo he localizado) es el sistema de bloqueo, para que la tapa se quede arriba sin estar pisando el pedal, pero no es una función que me haga falta constantemente.

Le quedan las bolsas típicas del súper e incluso trae unas lengüetas para poner la bolsa.En mi caso yo la uso para la basura orgánica. No se sale ni un olor, la cubeta interior se quita por si la quieres lavar.Tengo uno en casa y uno en mi oficina, ambos pedales han aguantado el uso rudo.

Es un bote precioso, tal cual como en la imagen de venta. Luce bastante duradero, cierra bastante bien. Trae de regalo unas 10 bolsas para basura a la medida justa del bote.

Es pequeño, pero bonito. El espacio que tengo es pequeño y a mí me quedó excelente. El pedal es resistente y aparte trae bolsas del tamaño del bote. Lo recomiendo mucho.

I am the proud owner of two mischievous ferrets. I love watching their creative ingenuity as they figure out how to get on and IN everything. Well, everything except the trash can that is. They love getting into the trash just because they can and come out smelling like... well, trash. I've tried can after cheap can until...Success! SimpleHuman does it again. I recently purchased their kitchen size stainless steel can and fell in love with it so decided to try this one out for my bathroom.Things I love!- While I know it's more eco-friendly not use plastic grocery bags at all, I still have a ton of them around and this can is designed perfectly to use them. Yes, they stick out a little but I don't mind. They did with all my previous cans (that used grocery bags) too.- Step feature means no more wet, grimy hands trying to hit a pop up lid- It's slim! I have a pretty small bathroom and this fits between the toilet and sink with a little room to spare. Measure and compare with the specs!- The ferrets can't figure out how to open it. I think you're trash is safe from everything but a larger dog knocking it over.- Stainless steel sides means ferrets can find purchase on the sides to climb up. The can is small enough I don't think this would effect cats.Things that are not so great- I haven't had as much luck as other reviewers keeping the smell in. It definitely reduces it but you can tell when it's time to take out the trash.- It slides around a little on the linoleum floor a little when I step on the foot pedal. Not a lot, just a little quarter inch scoot.- Stainless steel shows nose prints. I knew this going in, but still something to keep in mind.All in all I highly recommend this trash can for pet owners or those with small spaces. It looks great and works great!

I needed a slim bin in the kitchen, to fit a tight space.When the bin first arrived, it looked small. I wondered, if it will be up to the job. Having tried it for 2-3 month, it is the perfect size and more than adequate. We tend to throw the rubbish out every night. Size-wise it is the same as my old bin (which was traditional cylinder pedal bin).This bin is well designed and well built. The foot pedal is solid and bin does not slide, even on high-gloss tiles.The bin is expensive, but it is worth every penny.I only wish Simple Human made a dual-bin for nornal and recycling rubbish. I need a bin with a maximum depth of 60cm (which is the same as a fridge or kitchen units).I love the fact you can use shopping bags, and it fits perfectly. I am amazed by it.Certainly one of my favourite purchases of 2012!
