Not really an SK, these are made by Wilde and fitted with an SK logo and green handles, they are well built and work well.

Perfect design and ergonomics, high quality finish. Slight wobble straight from the factory, but can be fine-tuned with the screw. Definitely recommend these pliers.

feels great in hand; unfortunately, jaws are misaligned and a bit wobbly. I was hoping for more. Back to Knipex.

This is a very well machined tool. There is no play between the handles. The wire cutting shears are so well aligned that they can cut a slot in a notebook paper! I have never seen that with any other slip-joint pliers. I think that there is no better slip-joint pliers on the market. I know from experience that SK tools are very good but the quality of these pliers surprised me. I hope that SK has their quality control in order so that all their slip-joint pliers are as good as the one I recieved. Recommended!
