This is a great little digital scale. I make jewelry, so I have to measure in both grams and carats frequently for precious metals and gemstones. This scale is perfect, as it weighs up to 50 carats (20g) with accuracy to plus/minus 0.001g. I've found it to be very accurate, though if using the separate tray that comes with it and the TARE function, I generally do several measurements to be sure. Do ensure that you place the tray on the center of the plate, or you can get inaccurate readings. Always make sure the scale is placed on a flat supportive surface, which also helps ensure accuracy.Calibration is very easy, and this should be done before the scale is used. If you have lost the manual, I have posted the process from the user manual in the questions section since a couple of the answers were not correct for the 20g model of this scale.I noticed that some reviewers have said the scale is flimsy and easily broken. I have not found that to be the case, but I don't keep the scale itself on my workbench. Instead, I keep the scale and the included components in the original case as it is lined with form fitting foam. I then store it and my larger scale on a separate shelf unit next to my bench that does not get jarred. If you keep it in the box, you'll also have less chance of losing the tiny components that come with it along with the second calibration weight and the handy user manual!I've used the scale for several months now, and my judgment is that it is a keeper. The manual also is in good English (rather than a bad translation from another language), another bonus! The instructions are in several other languages, including French and Spanish.

I have used this for tapering off medications, and have found it to work quite well.One small issue is that the scale would not increase its reading when adding I haven't experienced the issues other reviewers have mentioned (lid position, pressing the scale down to its max limit then measuring, etc.), instead I have calibrated the scale and measured the material with the setup unchanged (i.e.: lid in same position, level surface, etc.) and in so doing, have found it provides acceptably repeatable readings, with masses ranging from 50 - 250 mg.Overall, very good value for the price, I recommended this product.

A good product but unfortunately it cannot measure down to the milligramme. I needed to weigh out medication down to 2 milligammes - the scale cannot pick up such small amounts accurately. The seller provided an excellent service and I had no problems returning the item. Thank you to the seller for such prompt and professional service!

Die Waage wurde schnell geliefert und befindet sich in einem kleinen Karton, dessen Innenfutter die Waage schützt und stabilisiert, so dass im Normalfall der Transport gesichert sein sollte. Mit dabei sind zwei 10g-Gewichte, eine kleine Waagschale und eine Pinzette. Bei mir kam die Waage in einem sehr guten Zustand an und sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Sie zeigt Werte zwischen 1 mg und 20 g an. Natürlich kann man sie auch auf andere Einheiten (oz., ct., ozt., dwt und gn) umstellen.Die Kalibrierung ist sehr einfach und genau (bis auf 0,002 g). Für meinen Bedarf reicht das vollkommen. Ich habe mir die Waage zugelegt, um zerteilte Tabletten sowie Teebestandteile und Pulver abzuwiegen. Endlich habe ich eine Vorstellung davon, wie viel Guarana ich tatsächlich in meine Getränke mische!Wer also kleine Mengen in g und mg abwiegen möchte, der findet in dieser Waage ein preiswertes Helferlein.
