This is the second one I have purchased for a goat barn. Make sure you are ordering the steel versions. I tried an aluminum one and the rails come in many more pieces are are quite lightweight. This one is heavy duty. Installation isn't difficult if you follow the instructions and are handy. Terrific value for the money.

This is is a well made item. You really have to pay attention to the measurements and the dimensions of your project. Overall recommend.

I originally bought a smaller track for a smaller door and LOVED the quality. So we did a larger door it’s a 12 ft by 8 ft door and it’s made out of pure wood. The track came a little dinged in the corners from shipping but we were able to hide it and no one can notice it anyways. But the entire track is made out of thick metal and overall it’s smooth when it rolls and it just does a GREAT job!!!!

Small bathroom and the old door took room up from the door entering into it , saves a little room with a sliding door

When advertising 1- 6ft track I’m expecting 1. Not 2x 3ft tracks. Please correct your posts guys. Split tracks are just good for shipping but not so good with a 200lbs door.
