As a trial attorney that handles files continually, I won't use any folders but Smead pressboard folders. They are absolutely the heaviest duty and stand up to frequent abuse around my desk. To find them at this price at the Smead Amazon store was a lifesaver (because they can be quite expensive otherwise).

I've used these folders for years. As a real estate agent, I've found these heavy folders to be invaluable as I'm required to keep files for at least 5 years after a closing. They also travel well from inspections to re-inspections and the 2 fasteners enable me to keep the listing side separate from the buyer's side. I love them. Wish they were so expensive, but it's well worth it to have a heavier and more durable way to store and organize my paperwork.
