Arrived with 80% charge, which is great since I could immediately start testing it out. It's a very powerful little fan, but with that power comes quite a bit of noise. On speed setting 2 it sounds a bit like a gaming laptop's cooling system at full blast. For my needs so far I haven't had any reason to turn it up beyond 2, because like I said before, it's a powerful little fan. The fact that it also functions as a 10 amp hour power Bank and has a flashlight, in theory, makes it the best multi tool I could have in my line of work out in the heat for 10-12 hours a day. Price seems great for a fan combined with a power Bank and flashlight. Can't wait to update after I get some real world use out of it.

It’s a plastic body partially covered by a silicone wrap. It’s somewhat bulky but it’s not as heavy as it looks. The fold-out clip is helpful when placing it on a desk or toolbox. A magnetic back or side would have been a great addition.The are 5 fan speeds. Just short-press the power button to turn the fan on. And additional short-presses cycle through the higher speeds. Air is fairly directional. So rather than spreading air out, it’s more center-focused (regardless of the fan speed). It this is under your shirt (one of it’s intended purposes), it works great. Even on the 2nd setting, there’s a good amount of air generated. The 5th (highest) setting generates a very good amount of air, relative to the device’s size. It’s not for quiet environments. Even on the lowest setting, it’s audible. If you were using this while watching TV or listening to music, anything past the 1st setting will be very noticeable.Turning the flashlight on can be done without turning on the fan. But changing the flashlight from ‘ON’ to ’STROBE’ to ‘OFF’ is not intuitive. And you will be cycling through the fan speeds as you’re trying to do this. That could have definitely been implemented better. It just makes you not want to use the flashlight.Battery life with the fan on seemed to last for a while. In the coming months, I’ll check to see if the battery holds a charge over time when the fan isn’t in use. The power bank option is a nice extra touch. It won’t fast charge and it’s a feature that I’ll probably never use. But it may come in handy if you were in a remote area without a dedicated power bank. It’s a good piece of kit for what it is. $40 (the price at the time of ordering) is a bit high considering the overall quality. But a quick search for similar devices didn’t turn up cheaper results. Overall, seems like a decent option if you’re in the market for this type of fan.
