Such a great pull up bar - I like that it has the handles to work your abs, and for arm dips as well. Wasn’t hard to put together - I was able to do it alone, took about an hour, maybe a little more. Definitely recommend!

The machine was easy to install. Some of which you had to figure out in your own. I love the machine it’s perfect but the seat came damagedI received a refund with no return and I was happy with the service. .

Assembly is easy enough if you’re in any way mechanically inclined. Otherwise the instructions will be confusing [instructions don’t match parts or steps are missing]The frame is not quite flimsy but it’s not solid either. Expect some movement during pull-upsFor leg raises, the back rest is a little awkward. All in all, I wish I would have bought a wall/ceiling mount bar instead. If you can’t make holes in the wall, this one’s a decent option but at that point consider a door frame mount. Free standing towers should be solid/firm.

I recently renovated the garage into a place to workout and wanted to learn how to do pull up’s but didn’t have anywhere to put a bar in the doorway. This is a great alternative even though it cost more.It took an hour to put together and I put it together on my own. It’s great for tall and short people and doesn’t weigh a ton.

Received it today with some pieces broken, bent, scratched. Due to the quality, I am not sure how long this will hold up. Was also missing bolt on the bent prong (pictured), went to go to Lowes to pick one up.Edit: The company reached out and gave me a refund.
