Photo of the balaclava shows it extending down the neck and ending with no shroud. What I received barely covered the upper nape of my neck and failed to cover the under portion of my jaw or front of my neck. Not useable for safety applications even with a high stand up Nomex collar/chin guard.

I was expecting a non-see through form fitting head sock. This is a little better quality than the $5 painters sock from Home depot. The color is a little on the ivory side rather than snow white. Regret I spent that kind of money on it.

Good quality hood. But it was my bad. Just know this one is not arc flash rated.
