Material thickness is great. Daughter loves wearing this in place of a more traditional beanie style hat. While the balaclava fit her well, it’s loose enough to be more forgiving to not pull/stress her ponytails. It’s also easier for her to dress herself at pre-k for recess. Overall super functional if it protects her from the cold, but also cuts down on the little miss independent frustrations.

My daughter loves this toque! It’s very warm & the fact that you can move mouth/nose piece down. I gave it a 4 start because the only issue i have is that back of the neck area could be longer or have more material. Since it’s shorter my daughter does feel the cold wind on her neck, so that part is kinda disappointing especially since it’s wasn’t cheap.

Purchased for face coverage while we walk to school with sub zero wind chills, but all the kids want one now because it is so cute!

I ordered a hat from you 3 days ago (pink) for my youngest daughter. But what you show here in the photo and video is completely different from what came.I thought that maybe there was some mistake, and ordered another one (only this time in blue). But today the same thing arrived, different from what you advertise here.In the photo and video you show hats with a thick layer, we can immediately see that they will be warm. What I received is completely different, they are very thin and without fur. My daughter was really looking forward to her new hat, but now she is upset, because her expectations were not met.I also want to say that about a year ago I ordered exactly the same hat from you for my eldest daughter and there were no such problems. We have been using it for a year now and it is warm, with fur and a thick layer.I am attaching a photo here, on the left and in the middle is a new order. On the right is last year's hat.How can we fix this problem?I will change the rating if the problem is fixed. If not, I will simply return this item.
