So I'll preface this by saying that I did not mount the dock itself to the underside of the desk and did not test that aspect of this product.I did use the Power Supply mount to mount the brick of the 180W power supply for my docking station to the bottom of my desk. The self-tapping screws and a basic electric screwdriver mounted it in a cinch, very uneventful install. The fact that it's screwed in and the bracket being sturdy metal make me confident it'll stay in place just fine. The power supply mount is sized just right for the brick and is easy to slide the brick in and out of while at the same time being secure.I mounted a power strip to the underside of my standing desk and connected all the power cables into it so I just have one power cable that needs slack when I go from sitting to standing. This mount solved a cable management issue for me so that I could hide the brick, have the brick connected into the under-desk power strip, and be able to utilize my standing desk without worrying about wire lengths aside from the one cable from the under-desk power strip to the UPS battery sitting on the floor. As far as mounting the dock under the desk... I just don't have a use case to do that and don't want to lose access to the front ports based on how my desk is setup. The mounting plate and mounting idea seems to be sound but I'll leave that for other reviewers to evaluate.

Great addition to my arsenal to try and clear my desk work station in my home office. The docking station I use has all the cords coming out of both sides. It was cluttering up my desk top.My husband installed it for me. The piece that hold the docking station aligned perfectly with the docking station holes. It looked like it was 3d printed but the power cord box holder was metal. The only issue was the screws that came with it were so cheap they stripped the head out before it was installed. My husband had to upgrade the screws and then it worked like it should.I used this in conjunction with an under the desk net to hold the many cords and power strip. Since it's all off the floor now I can vacuum under it with ease. Noore moving a bunch of cords. It has made my desk more clean looking and more room for other items. It is less cluttered now.I would recommend this product as long as it matches your docking station. The docking station does rock a little back and forth on the screws but not enough for it to fall off.

I was using a different mounting system for my Dell dock and it was a bit flimsy. This mount is tough, but even more important, it's enough out of the way that you only really see the dock - and it keeps my dock secure to the underside of my desk without any wobbling.

I have the Dell WD19TB and wanted to mount it to the bottom side of my desk at my work. The brackets fit perfectly and did exactly what I needed.
