For the price this is worthwhile; my advice is to immediately throw away the retaining strap that comes with it. I’d sooner trust a rubber band. Instead I used zip ties to secure the TQ pouch to my war belt. -1 star for that, the manufacturer can do better.There’s not much to say about this pouch, the hard plastic seems sturdy and it does fit actual CAT tourniquets, but seems too small for CAT clones/copies. It does make actual deployment of the TQ faster than the issued TQ pouch I have, and retention feels solid
