I purchased these pans for making homemade ice cream sandwiches. This was great and it was easy to remove. Clean up is great.

Perfect sizes. Very versatile. I am pleased with these- and just used the smaller one for a TIRAMISU dessert.

I really like the size of these two pans. I don't trust any springform pan to be leakproof in a water bath so I always line the inside bottom with parchment and put foil around the bottom and up the sides outside as a precaution to make sure water doesn't seep through. Not willing to risk the expense and time of a homemade cheesecake and find out the hard way water sogged the crust. They are heavy weight and I just love how a square cheesecake looks.

Worthless to me because it didn't hold liquid even though that's what it was for wasted my money and time
