They run EXTREMELY small. I normally wear XL, ordered 2XL after seeing what others say they run small and there is absolutely no way I could ever fit in those.2XL is probably what USA Nike / Under Armour had as an L.For 42-44 inch waist you would need at least 4XL with how small these are.

Great shorts for the money.Heavier weight material that should last quite a while.Could do without the huge logo but not a big deal.I got mediums, a bit tight in my thighs but I have large thighs (24 inches) for my height (5'11").

Medium fit well, maybe slightly loose next to 2XU brand.Pad is thin as expected, material is slightly light and flexable.

These work great fortraining in the pool and are very comfortable on the bike and in the run. I will be using a full suit for triathlons but these are good for just throwing on for a run bike or swim. The pad is a little small but comfortable. I will be getting a few more in the near future.
