This a must have item if your a fitness person who is on the move traveling. I take this item with me on every business and personal travel as well as at home. I use it for pre work out stretching. Very durable reliable and well built. made in the USA.

Muy buena calidad, la resistencia 3 fue demasiado para mi, si eres principiante te recomiendo la resistencia 1 aunque salgan más caras.
