I pack these with my raingear on the boat to pull out in case it starts pouring while im out fishing.They fit true, so be careful when ordering. That said they are very waterproof, so you probably dont wanna wear them all day like track pants. They are super light, and look great and are made very high quality.Great rain pants!

These pants are really awesome. They're super stylish and well cut. Light as a feather, great fit and make me feel confident! They're that good. Be aware though, as they promised they are completely waterproof; inherent in this is that they are both lightweight but if you're not walking or it's very warm out they are not breathable. You will sweat a bit if it's hot going into Costco. But I love them. Exactly as advertised and better than anticipated. Very durable too.

Spyder Men's Rain Pants have quickly become one of my favorite essentials for rainy days. They’re sized well and incredibly lightweight, making them super easy to pack in my backpack. They barely take up any room, which is perfect for when you want to be prepared for unpredictable weather. These pants wick away water impressively well and seem pretty durable so far—they’re a reliable option for staying dry without compromising on comfort.One of the standout features is the half-leg zippers combined with Velcro closures at the ankles, which make it easy to slip the pants on and off over footwear. However, I do have one small issue with the inseam length. For shorter individuals like me, even with the Velcro closures adjusted, the pants can still drop below my shoes and end up getting stepped on. A shorter inseam option or Velcro closures that allow for a tighter fit at the ankles would be a fantastic improvement.That said, the overall design is great, and these rain pants offer solid waterproof protection while being lightweight enough for active use. Whether I’m hiking, commuting, or caught in a sudden downpour, they deliver comfort and convenience. Plus, with their sleek design and functionality, they’re definitely worth considering for your outdoor gear collection.5 Stars = Excellent brand and product, great deal!4 Stars = Really good product with a minor fault or two.3 Stars = Average just like the number. The size guide recommended I order a 34. I have a 37 inch waist, but I took the recommendation. And the waist is pretty snug, I think I could have gone up a size. Thankfully the elastic waistband has enough give to it to accommodate me. Length is perfectly fine. Due to the snug fit, I'd have a hard time wearing these over another pants garment unless it were very thin.The fabric is crunchy, both the thick polyester fabric's texture and the sound it makes. You won't be sneaking up on anyone or anything while wearing these. They make swishing noises when you move.Quality seems good, and we do love the Spyder brand in this household. The zipper pulls are contoured and have the SPYDER name on them in raised rubber, a nice touch.

These are incredibly lightweight and are, of course, very water resistant, as promised. I don’t find them to be particularly comfortable, and that they are a little bit like having a garbage bag around your lower body. There is absolutely no porosity with these pants, so You get hot in them very easily. But for protecting you from the rain, they are absolutely perfect. The fit for me is pretty much as expected, and other than the being too hot, they’re very comfortable and lightweight, although quite swishy and loud, because they’re basically like a more sophisticated plastic bag.
