The lanyard is very comfortable on the neck. 0 irritation despite working 9 hour days. the reel is well built and i use it constantly throughout the day without any issue of it retracting. I also love the design of this item, and who can't love the images printed on it. i have had this item for several months and the images are still crystal clear and legible.

I purchased these for my onsite support technicians. They LOVED it! It was a little hard to open the badge holder but they figured it out. Not sure how durable it will be but seems pretty sturdy for the price.

The badge holder is very durable and secure. I enjoy how it locks into place and keeps my badge secure. The imaging and color of the product is very great.
