It works. It stays on until there is a fault, which I have not had yet. So that’s good.

The listing doesn't specify, but this device doesn't have provision for connecting a load side neutral. If you need to connect a load side neutral, then you need part number QO260GFI3W which I found impossible to find. However, if to go to your local big box store, you'll find a square D spa disconnect kit for ~$135 which includes this hard to find GFCI breaker.This one star review is due to the vague product description.
