I don't think you will find another step-up box built stronger than this one. It's heavy, but it will last forever

I love this plyo box. VERY sturdy!! I'm a 225lb male and I use this for box jumps, weighted step-ups, and as a depth measure for heavy barbell squats. It is used in my garage on a concrete floor. It doesn't slide at all when I hop on it. Again, really sturdy - no give at all.I use this box for one thing or another in almost every workout. I wasn't expecting to do that. But it's just so useful.I was worried about buying it based on the reviews about that thin metal bar that keeps the bench height locked. Yes, it is thin metal but it doesn't support any weight and is absolutely ample thickness for the job it does. Don't let these reviews sway you. The person who bent theirs... well, I don't know how that could happen (special I guess).FYI, the easiest way to change height is to put the plyo box on it's back (so the adjustment bar is facing up). It's pretty simple.

I got this plyo box in the morning and incorporated it into my leg workout the same evening. After doing deadlifts, I did step ups and bulgarian split squats to supplement that leg work and found the plyo box to be super stable. I had no trouble figuring out how to adjust the height of it and am very happy with the quality overall. Time will tell, but it feels so sturdy handling the force that I exert on it, that I am confident that it will last for a long time. I can't wait to move into the power phase of my year and do the exercises that it is made to endure. Please comment to ask me to give an update on how it is holding up, if you would like to know.

This Plyo Box is really impressive. It's sturdy, stable and the height is easy to adjust. My wife and I have been using it everyday for the past month and I have no complaints. You get a great product for your money that will last you for a long time.

I just bought this and used it a few time but so far it's great. The quality really is fantastic and I don't think I'll ever have to buy another Plyo box. The paint quality is good, I didn't have any scratches/nicks/ or missed spots on mine. So far I've used this box for jumps-great, doesn't move/slip, and the rubber top surface has some cushion, and isn't slippery, elevated push-ups, stretching, etc-pretty good, the sides don't have any sharp surfaces so you won't cut yourself. Only possible complaint here is there isn't a lot of room to grab on the sides because of the sliding mechanism for the legs...not really a big problem just wanted to let others know. I also was doing some plumbing in the basement and just need to be up a step or two...this is way better then a ladder because you can walk around a bit so I wasn't constantly moving a ladder. Overall I'm very happy with this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality adjustable Plyo box. The legs aren't hard to adjust but take a little getting used to. I wouldn't want to do a workout and change the height a bunch of times throughout the workout, so the only possible way I wouldn't buy this is if I was doing a workout that needed multiple Plyo box heights in each session, then I'd probably buy a dedicated height set. I was going to build my own multiple height wooden box and am very happy I decided against doing that.
