I purchased this set of two sawhorses for my husband for Christmas. He has gotten so much use out of them. They are lightweight, but absolutely sturdy. He has used them recently when sizing flooring for one of the bedrooms. Previously, he was laying things over the back deck. AHHH! So, this is much safer for everyone involved. I would absolutely purchase these again, although I don't think I'll have to...great quality!

Can't beat the price; sturdy, light and compact. I worked on a door and these worked perfectly - no problem whatsoever. PROS: cheap, sufficient, and VERY PORTABLE. Amazing weight and can't believe all that it does. CONS: So far sturdy but it may not hold up on heavier items (a supposition and it may prove to be false). I recommend this; a great pair to have. I have other ones (Stanley) but are more expensive and though sturdier does not do any better.

Ok first off, for the price these are not bad. I wanted some that folded up and did not take up a lot of storage space so kudos for that. The ones you put on 2 x4's with metal braces do not fold and take up too much storage space for my needs.I found out the hard way that it is a must to cut some wood and make the braces to place in the slots. This keeps the horses from moving around and from collapsing and folding up and causing possible injury.A word of caution when folding these, watch your fingers, I got a good, nasty pinch. Also, since these are plastic, you can take them out on the drive way with a brush, soap and a hose and clean them up and let them dry in the sun for a bit which would not work real well for wood ones.We all agree these are cheaply made but for someone like me who needs them on occasion, they do the job. If you use saw horses every day for work or projects, spend the extra money and get the heavy duty ones or get both and use as needed. If you used these everyday, I do not see them lasting, however for occasional use and with proper care, I think they were a good buy.

I had picked up a set of these while in my local hardware store. They are well made, very versatile, and easy to set up, use, and store. They are not as large as my older ones but are perfect for setting up a quick work surface.Liked them so much, I wanted another set. The store did not have any more so I looked on Amazon and purchased another set at the same price. The notches in the top each hold a 2x4 on edge perfectly to tie the two together. Put a piece of plywood on top and you have a good temporary work table.I was back in the store the other day and they had another set in stock. Yep I bought them too. Just too affordable, versatile, and storable.

I bought these sawhorses because I wanted to set up a temporary work bench that I could disassemble when it is not needed. I am happy with the quality of the sawhorses for my purpose. They are not the quality that a builder would use and may not appeal to a hobbyist who is constantly building a variety of projects because they are lightweight, light duty. For me, they are perfect. And, they are counter height which I like a lot. I fastened a 6 foot long x 16" x 3/4" laminated pine wood board to two 6 foot 2 x 4s and am happy as can be with it.
