Nothing wrong this cable or it’s operation, but do double check this is what you need. I bought this to connect a Mac Mini M1 (which has HDMI out) to a Mini DisplayPort monitor - this was incorrect: this must connect to a HDMI monitor and your computer/source need to have mDP out

C'est un bon câble pour macbook. Il possède une bonne longueur, je l'ai acheté pour réaliser un dual screen entre un macbook pro et un écran déporté pourvu d'une entrée hdmi. Il fonctionne.Précaution à prendre : Ne jamais débrancher à chaud un câble numérique type hdmi, mini ou non display port, dvi et toslink.Pour réaliser un dual screen sur macos il faut d'abord mettre sous tension le périphérique en l'occurrence l'écran ensuite mettre sous tension le mac pour qu'il détecte le périphérique, sinon vous aurez un écran noir.

Does exactly what I need! I maybe should of got the longer cord. But I have no complaints

Perfect product to connect mac to uhdm tv. Looking this cable for long time great product as i was expected.
