These work well on non stick pans. Little flimsy feeling but they hold on to food. Not bad, just had different expectations of their flexibility. I’d buy again.

Mixed experience with these—while beautifully made and easy to clean, they fall short in terms of versatility. Unlike traditional spring-loaded metal tongs, the silicone-wrapped design limits their range and grip strength. Turning anything substantial—like a T-bone—is a struggle due to restricted travel and narrow tips. The spring mechanism, fully encased in silicone, requires manually holding them open for wider tasks.Best Use Cases:Gentle handling of delicate items: roasted vegetables, pan-seared proteins, soft preparations.Excellent for tossing noodles, stir-fry, or wok-based dishes—where finesse matters more than force.Will not scratch anything.Care & Durability:Dishwasher-safe, non-stick surface friendly, and easy to maintain. Construction is solid, just not ideal for heavy lifting.Verdict:A specialized tool—great for finesse cooking, but not a full replacement for traditional metal tongs in heavier-duty scenarios.
