If I could give this 10 stars I would. I am so impressed with this bag in every way.First of all, it is beautiful! The color and the design of the images is extremely well designed and well printed. Definitely an artist designed this bag.Second, the physical design is well thought out; The fabric is a nice heavy canvas, and the bag is an awesome size for carrying an array of items. You could use it for library books, groceries, the beach or a purse. It’s not gigantic but it’s deep and wide enough to fit a good amount of stuff. The strap is also big enough to hang comfortably on your shoulder. There is also a substantial pocket inside.The last thing is that there is a tag from the maker, and also their brand name in white, on the inside, so not in your face, but also shows you that they are proud of their product enough to label it.Would absolutely recommend this bag and will probably buy more!

This canvas tote is large and quite attractive. It's a bit larger than most of the similar-shaped canvas totes I've used before, and it's got built-in folds so that sides and bottom can fold out to a three-dimensional box shape. And not that I would actually recommend this, but the whole bag can be folded and squished inside its own inner pocket like you do with some reusable grocery bag. My only regret is that the handles are attached only at the top of the tote rather than running down the entire length of the tote to the bottom for extra strength. Otherwise, I like it.

I ordered this Steel Mill & Co Cute Canvas Tote Bag for Book Lovers, Bookish Reusable/Foldable Bag for Work/Groceries, Little Women themed canvas carry bag because I was looking for a good, sturdy canvas carry bag to use on weekends this summer when we go to the countryside, and because Little Women is one of my favorite books.I’m a writer, I write fairy tale fantasy series under different pen names, and I’m a playwright, too. I love the play scenes in Little Women, and Jo’s dramatic scripts early in the story. During lockdown, I was commissioned to write a modern day version of Little Women for a charter school that took place during the pandemic; it was a very moving experience to incorporate experiences of the middle schoolers living in NYC in those lockdown years and to watch the young actors living this new version of the March family. I’ll always have a soft spot for Little Women, and I love this themed tote.This carry bag is made from sturdy canvas; it measures about 16 1/2” tall x 17” wide, with a handle drop of about 10”. It has inset side panels that are about 3” wide, and have a narrower version of the attractive pink and green design on the front and back.Inside, the bag has a deep inner pocket measuring about 6” x 9”, this is easily large enough to hold a phone or keys or sunglasses; the small things you want to have readily at hand. The rest of the bag is one large pocket, with tons or room to carry whatever you need for the day.We live in NYC, we spend a lot of summer weekends and some weeks up in the CT countryside, and despite my best efforts at organization and pre packing, we always wind up with a bag or two or last minute stuff. This sturdy carry bag is perfect for this kind of packing, whether I use it for road snacks and bottled water, or the novels my husband and I want to read over the weekend, or an edit I’m bringing along, or even my laptop, sleep mask, meds, and nightie, so when we get in late that night, I have everything I need til the next morning all in one bag.There’s plenty of room for a laptop or iPad; this is spacious enough to hold enough clothes for a getaway weekend, and there’s more than enough room to take this to the grocery store and fill it up with food for the weekend… of to take it into a truck stop en route, and let my teenager fill it up with junk food and road snacks.This tote is a lovely pale green color; the design of flowers, mirrors, combs, sewing machines, and buttons are printed in deep and light pinks and dark green. The front and two inset sides sport the title Little Women in light pink, and Louisa May Alcott’s name. The back has an Alcott quote, “Books are always good company if you have the right sort.”At the current price ($24.99) this is at a middle price point for a canvas carry bag; there are less expensive ones, but there are also much pricier boutique type bags. I think you get a lot of value here; this Steel Mill bag has the feel of an upscale boutique bag without the hefty price tag. Steel Mill was a new brand to me, so I looked it up; they have a range of book themed products that I really like. (I’m eyeing their swag based on Poe’s The Raven.) This bag is a good example of their range; book themed, beautifully styled, upscale aesthetic at a reasonable price point.This tote is perfect for fans of Little Women. It would make a cute birthday present for a daughter, niece, goddaughter, or young friend; fill it with a copy of Little Women, maybe some more Alcott, and other age appropriate books. It could also be a cute present for a new baby; I like to use a lovely book themed tote like this and fill it with a bunch of board books, and then an age appropriate book a year for the first ten years, give them something to grow into.Beautifully designed, lovingly themed, this sturdy, spacious carry bag is perfect if you’re a mom on the go like me; plenty of room for everything you need, and stylish, too.

This is a beautiful design, printed perfectly and has a nice, thick quality to it that can carry not just books, but I would trust it with my laptop or other valuable items.It's perfect for any book lovers!

I love Little Women so I was very excited about this tote. It is actually a good quality tote. It feels like it will hold up well. There is an inner pocket that is great for a tall water bottle or even a small paperback book. It is a big tote so it will hold a lot of stuff. I'm very happy with it so far.
