In short, i got them wired up in about an hour. Was literally impossible finding where to wire the power and ground once i got the video inputs hooked up. Called Stinger and a local shop. What worked for me was running to the power and ground of the cigarette lighter. The cameras are very low power so they don’t need much. Ignore the trigger wires if you’re using with a Heigh10 like me. I ran both red to cigarette power wire and both black to cigarette ground and they worked like a charm.I’m no progressional installer but i was confident i could figure this out and i did. Go for it!

I purchased this blind spot camera set and the passenger stopped working within the first month. Hoping to get a replacement asap

These side cameras are a must have when the doors are off your Jeep. It's nice being able to see down the side of the Jeep and into any blind spot. No need to rely on any small convex mirror you may already have. Picture is clear and precise, easy to adjust camera view if needed. Definitely recommend.

Ad states that these are " Easy Installation with Most Aftermarket Radios". This is pretty misleading so be careful. Even the actual box only mentions compatibility with the Stinger Height10, so......I mean, could you "EASILY CONN?ECT" them to "MOST" aftermarket radios? I guess, maybe. Even if you have 2 extra video inputs, you really want these to come on automatically when you put on your turn signals. You don't want to have to swipe through screens and select the proper input anytime you want it to come on, that's not really how blind spot cameras work. First off your aftermarket radio has to have 2 Video inputs and a built in switcher to make it make it work as a real blind spot camera. Most aftermarket head units don't have a built in switcher, and even if yours does if it's not a high definition switcher you are wasting your money buying the upgraded HD version of these cameras . There is almost no way to trigger these to come on with the turn signals on most aftermarket radios. You could add an additional switcher, but you'll need a high definition switcher to get the benefits of the upgraded HD cameras, and even this manufacturer doesn't offer that as a stand alone product .My application was I wanted to use these in place of the side cameras on an Android head unit with 360 view. This should have worked easily but for some reason these use a similar but different 4 pin plug system, so i'm going to have to get creative since i bought these months ago and am just now ready to start putting everything together and the return window has closed long ago...This might be a great product for a view super specific head units, but this listing that implies that these will work with " most aftermarket head units" is super misleading. Be cautious if you order these for something other than a Stinger head unit. Do your homework and pay attention to the return window

These cameras arrived earlier than expected, are super easy to install, and are great additions for side visibility. You can hook them to your existing system, or add a monitor if you want to keep them on all the time. Also great price install took less than two hours with the monitor.Edit: so after 1.5 years the cameras are beginning to fail. They will freeze then just go out. It’s a shame because the size was perfect and it was perfect location for off road obstacles avoidance.
