Con su diseño compacto, la válvula de admisión de aire Redi-Vent Studor con adaptador de PVC ofrece una solución simple de drenaje y ventilación de residuos.
Ideal para ventilar un solo accesorio o un grupo de accesorios de baño, la válvula de admisión de aire Redi-Vent está diseñada para adaptarse a tuberías de 1-1/2 y 2 pulgadas y sobresale en aplicaciones ajustadas.

Diseñado para uso residencial y comercial, la válvula de admisión de aire Redi-Vent Studor (AAV) se puede utilizar junto con otros AAV Studor para complementar los sistemas de drenaje de edificios de gran altura. Con una capacidad de 20 DFUs (unidades de drenaje de la rama), esta válvula de presión negativa económica crea una ventilación esencial que evita la pérdida de sellos de agua en las trampas, eliminando la necesidad de instalar costosas y antiestéticas penetraciones en el techo y tuberías de ventilación.
Utiliza la gravedad para cerrar automáticamente el sello
Esta válvula unidireccional se abre automáticamente y toma aire fresco cuando se produce una presión negativa (succión) de un accesorio que se descarga en el sistema de plomería. Cuando el flujo de agua se detiene, el Redi-Vent se cierra naturalmente debido a la gravedad, evitando la circulación de cualquier mal olor de baño o drenaje.
La válvula de aire activa está diseñada con un exclusivo sistema de protección contra insectos y objetos extraños.

I was getting a bit of stink coming in from my old air admittance valve. If you have a screw-in valve with a diameter of 1-1/2" then this will directly replace what you have. There is a two inch adapter that you can glue to your plumbing PVC, if needed. I like this style valve because there are rarely clearance issues with the cabinet or plumbing. If you own an RV, I recommend keeping one of these in your spare part collection.
