I bought this saw guide for use in rebuilding a deck. I have a miter saw and radial arm saw, but being able to cut good, square cuts quickly at the work area without dragging out the miter saw or taking the boards to the shop for the radial arm saw is priceless.It has worked great for me and saved me a lot of time!

These worked out great for our group to be security for Halloween. If you put it in the ear, you won't hear much. We figured out how to put it over the ear so it looked like it was in use, but we were able to hear everything.

This is a really useful tool if you have a circular saw. It can be adjusted for any circular saw to cut right angle or 45 degree cuts up to about 10" (250mm) or a bit longer for 45 degree cuts.You calibrate it against your saw, so it works with any saw. Best for right-handed people though.However, you have to calibrate it EVERY session it's used - so you always need some offcuts to set it up. This is a real shame, and I am sure a little bit more thought from Kreg could have made it a calibrate-once-only tool. Hence my 4 stars not 5 stars.(When you pack the tool up, the cut pointers have to be loosened to be put away, so next time you get it out, their calibration is lost, and you have to start again. Perhaps — in Kreg's favour — recalibration, although tedious, at least ensures you aren't using a tool that's been hit or dropped etc and got out of calibration without you noticing.)

This is really good for films or videos. Even great for a Halloween or cosplay wearable item. I haven’t used it yet but I do films & videos so I know this will come in handy one day 👍🏻

El costo es elevado para el tipo de material que usa se ve muy frágiles las varillas que se extienden, no lo recomiendo por el precio regular, por 260 pesos estaría bien.

Like most Kreg products, this is well made and looks impressive. That being said, the only reason someone would buy this product is that they can't measure accurately and perform the same function with a $300 carpenters square or with two clamps and a straight-edge. This Kreg device has a couple of pointers which must be extended to the saw kerf and locked to set the proper distance of the edge away from the cutline. Neither of the locks worked on the one I received thus rendering the device almost useless. At $25.00, it's a terrible value for what it does and it's nothing I would recommend to any fellow woodworker...even those i don't like. Don't waste your money.
