I don't usually give five stars for many things but this product I did. it works very well and the price is very affordable. So on that basis value for money it really deserves five stars.10 minutes on this machine and you get a very good glute thigh lower back and calf workout. I don't use it for cardio I just go at a steady Pace to keep muscle tone happening.Product was easy to assemble, it's steadily built. I lubricated all the moving pivot points with lithium grease sprayed in.In the world of steppers there's probably not many better than this one

I love this stepper! I'm 5'7" and 230 lbs and this stepper works great. I'm in my mid 50's and have lots of issues with my knees. With my metabolism coming to a screeching halt and lots of knee pain, I am overweight. Even though it's a little hard for me while using this machine, the resistance is adjustable and it is helping strengthen the muscles around my knees. I can tell it's helping me, when I have to climb stairs. Plus it doesn't take up much space. I think it's a great product and I'm glad I bought it. I have been using it for a couple months, and everything is working fine.

If you are buying it for any type of knee rehabilitation then please don’t bother. It’s too stiff for what you need. I’m 6,1 and 85kg male. I have low grade partial acl tear otherwise pretty fit. I bought it for rehab because my pt said it’s less stressful for feet than walking. The overall build quality is ok. But just like others been saying here, the adjustable knob doesn’t really do anything. It’s painful to use even on the lowest settings, and hardly do anything for firing up your target muscles but just beared tons of force onto your knees and related tendons. Don’t buy it for rehab, if you are super strong on legs then you don’t need it anyways.
