It’s a good product . I had to return it as it was not long enough for my big backyard. I never got to use it. I never turned it on. Hope it works . But it looks long lasting. Retractable system works . I just opened it but never used it

It's a nice tool to have in the garage and very convenient to have with it's retractable 3 outlet plug let's you have the freedom you need.

Does a fantastic job and is really solidly built with heavy gauge wire, suited for the job. I have only one gripe with the unit which is, trying to mount it on the ceiling when you're standing on a 13 ft ladder with a unit in one hand and the drill in the other.The design does not allow for the bracket to come off the unit, so you're forced to do all the work using both hands on top of a very high ladder if you happen to have a high ceiling and that is dangerous and hard. The unit is not light at all and it's not easy to mount. You have to be cognizant of the studs in the ceiling etc. I had to drill and then use a wrench to tighten the lag bolts into the ceiling.Fortunately, this only has to be done once and once it's done it's finished and over. The unit is an excellent unit, and I don't expect it to fail. The last one I had which was I believe a 50 footer with 14 gauge wire, lasted over 12 years before the spring crapped out on me. This thing I think will last quite a bit longer.

Not very good. Plug it in twice, now it does not work
