The SVS Ultra Center Speaker is by far the best I have owned. I upgraded from a Klipsch center that I really liked. The reason I changed to SVS was to match the finish that my SVS subwoofer has. Not only is this center beautiful but I was pleasantly surprised how much better it sounds than my previous center even though I was very happy with my Klipsch. I have now switched out my entire home theater system to SVS and it sounds incredible. You can’t go wrong with anything that SVS makes.

I originally had the Prime Center but always wished I saved up more to get the Ultra Center. I was able to and there is a difference is sound. Plus the Ultra looks incredible without the grille. If you are debating between the Prime & the Center take the time to save up for the Ultra. You wont be disappointed

I have a Klipsch R-52C that I recently purchased for my Center Channel. For my Front Stage it was paired with my SVS Ultra Towers. The Klipsch was good but in both sensitivity and sound it was not a good match with my Ultra Towers...I know, go figure huh?The difference between the two is rather noticeable, and it should be for the cost difference! You can check those costs. The Ultra Center sounds richer in all aspects. Vocals sound natural and it does an excellent job when you find yourself watching a movie with a great sound track. It steps right up and hangs in with my Ultra Towers and that's saying something. It never feels strained and I have yet to hear a peep of distortion no matter how hard its pushed.Keep an eye out for open box units or "like new" stock and you can save yourself some money here.....do your homework and you will be pleasantly rewarded with an outstanding Center Channel that does everything you need it to do and more! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with this brings real life to my films. Crystal clear dialogue with great base and sound quality.
