Does its job. A little long, but as you tighten it into place, it's not going anywhere.

I purchased a used Swagman XTC2 from FB marketplace and the seller used a cheap truck-store replacement pin as he lost the original one. Seeing too much jostling and vibration of the carrier on my car, I decided to look for a matching-brand replacement and found this. It works exactly how it should and has the additional lock (which the cheap replacement did not have) that allows me to travel with my bike and park with the rack on overnight on hotel parking lots without worry.

Other reviewers complained about how much the bolt extended beyond the hitch receiver. Knowing this, I really didn't care about that. I mean, it's attached to the receiver under my car. I don't see it when I am driving. What does it matter?Others complained about having to carry around a socket wrench to remove the pin. Big deal. It's easy enough for me to keep a ratchet and the correct socket in the trunk of my car for when I need to remove/install it. Keeps the rack I am using it on (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DMJPLO/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from wobbling like it is supposed to. Between the locking pin and the locks I installed on the rack itself, I am not worried about leaving my bike(s) attached to my car while shopping or out eating at a restaurant after a nice bike ride. Sure, someone could still cut the locks to remove the bikes, but it would require a lot of effort. After all, locks only keep honest people away. At least this makes it a less desirable target.

I had been using the threaded hitch pin bolt that came with my Swagman XTC-2 rack, and over the course of a couple vehicles, many years, and uncountable attaching/detaching instances, the hex head had started to wear a bit. I used a 3/8"-wide washer-spacer to take out some of the threading wrench work when installing it and to prevent the head from scratching up the receiver side. I even bent the feed end of the hitch pin to make it go in easier, but in the end, I still wasn't happy that someone could just take the rack, bike, and all since it wasn't locked. Then I found this gem. By its description, I was hesitant that it said it fit only the 1-1/4" hitch, and I use the adapter plates to insert it in my 2" receiver. I shouldn't have worried. Even with my 3/8"-wide spacer, this pin, complete with spring-lock washer works great. I should note some differences with the image and as delivered. It comes with a spring washer, but no flat (fender) washer. The lock side of the pin is a black plastic-cased metal housing of unknown metal composition. The keys are not tubular security keys but typical double-sided brass keys with black plastic head covers. The key port is accessed by sliding a plastic keyhole cover down. The cover is retained by the groove it slides in. I like this design better than a rubber flat that will inevitably dry-rot. From the look of it, the pin is chrome-plated, though I cannot tell if it is actually triple-chrome plated. I'm content with this pin and look forward to many years of service from it.
