Me encantaron estos platos, mi mesa se ve muy colorida, además en ellos cabe lo mucho y lo poco. Muy contenta

I didn’t really need any more dishes, but I loved the color so I bought them. They are all we use now. They are the perfect combination of plate and bowl. They are great size for soup, and it’s nice when you have a side that’s a little more messy.

I recently became a SWEESE customer, but I am so glad I gave them a try. I now have several items from this company and all are EXCELLENT! The products are well-packaged and I have had ZERO problem with breakage. These salad bowls are no exception. I love the assortment of colors, which brighten up my table and cupboards. I was a bit concerned when I first saw the salad plates/bowls. They seemed a bit small when I first removed them from the box, but I quickly changed my opinion after I used them for the first time. They hold much more than meets the eye! The regular salad bowls I used to use for my layered black bean tortilla salad were deep, but the salad ingredients seemed to frequently fall out of the bowl. I love the shallowness and the lip around the edge of these bowls. The contents stay put and I can work my way through each layer of the salad without losing a tortilla chip! I think I make even more salads now just so I can use these bowls! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!

The items are a good size for pasta, salad, or other entrees. The colors add a nice pop to a kitchen or dining table. The problem I had was one of the items came with a scratch on it when I opened the package and checked through each one. The order I received may have been a previously returned item. In any case, it seems the durability of the coating on the pasta bowls is not good. I imagine it gets easily scratched, and this leads to more cracks and stains. From my understanding, there is quality porcelain out there that is scratch resistant. I was disappointed to find the Sweese pasta bowls are not such this type of porcelain. There were also small dots on most of the pasta bowls that are a different color than the rest of the pasta bowl (e.g. the yellow pasta bowl had a small green colored dot embedded in it). I'm not sure if this is part of the manufacturing process. It's not terribly noticeable but you do notice it. I am a first-time buyer of Sweese and this was not the standard of quality I expected. I am making a return on these pasta bowls. I am keeping a set of Sweese bowls (in the same colors) that I also ordered since I don't imagine them getting scratched up easily by a fork or knife.

Quality & beauty: This set is very pretty. Colors are bright and simply amazing. I visited a family member last year who had Fiesta dinnerware & fell in love with those beautiful colors. However, I always prefer porcelain over stoneware etc ( all other materials that are of a lower quality compared to porcelain). Swiss dinnerware set made from porcelain & therefore is more durable, less bulky & not as heavy as stoneware.Customer service. I rarely write the reviews. But I would like to acknowledge that customer service of Swiss company is excellent. When I received my order, one of the plates (yellow color) was cracked a bit, seemed like factory defect. I emailed the company. They replied right away offering 30% discount. Because it happened to be my favorite color of all the plates, I declined the offer & asked that I’ll be willing to wait as long as I receive the yellow plate replacement. Since they were not able to send me only that plate, I received a whole new set a few days later(free of charge) . Thank you! I highly recommend this product & will buy more. P.S. the picture does not include all the colors because some dishes were in the dishwasher when I was taking the pic.
