Fits my 3x3 Rogue rack. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Have not felt unstable at all. First maybe 2 or 3 times it needed some extra force to get it in, but once broken in works well.

one fit perfectly. other had to be forced on which scratched my rack. so if i move it to different spots,..there will be a new scratch. quality control is lacking,..but once it is in place it serves its purpose. also unlike the picture, the plastic protector doesnt cover the entire area. that doesnt bother me but might bother others.

Very nicely made with beautiful welds and excellent paint finish. One of the L-brackets on the attachments that wraps around my rack was bent slightly, possibly during shipping, just enough to bind when rotating it into place around the rack. A little grinding and refinishing took care of it and they now work flawlessly. The wider J-hooks make racking the barbell so much easier when doing squats. The attachments came very well packaged, and overall I am extremely happy with them. I would recommend possibly packing them with blocks in the L-brackets for shipping and adding a nice felt to the inside of the attachment where it wraps around the power rack. I finished mine off with 2" wide clear vinyl tape to eliminate any chance of scratching.

These are super heavy duty, sturdy looking J hooks. They arrived very well packaged/protected, and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately they don't actually fit the 3x3 Rogue rack that I have, but only by a very very small amount!! The pegs are fine, but the bracket won't rotate fully around the rack. If I knew how to grind down the metal as some other reviewers say they did, just marginally even, they'd probably fit perfectly. I'm returning them, sadly. I'm still giving them 4 stars because they seem super safe and sturdy.

First off - these are very nicely made. Not quit as nice as actual Rogue Fitness cups, but close enough - and significantly less expensive! The backplate measures .4" thick and the hook measures .25" thick - nice and beefy!The problem is, both pins, which should be 0.625" are larger. One measures 0.64", the other 0.647", so they won't fit in the holes of the rack. Additionally, one of the hooks is overbent - the opening is 2.94" at its widest, so even if the pin would fit in the rack, you wouldn't be able to swing it over the rack's leg. Also, the pin is not welded very well - there is more weld on the inside of the pin than the diameter - probably fine for home use, but I don't know how long it would hold up in a commercial environment.Ideally, there should be 0.100" clearance from the hook to the backplate, or better yet 0.150" so you could have some UHMW pads on the inside. And the pin should be 0.625"
