I missed there are only 3, it's totally in the listing pics but somehow I glossed right over that. These are nicely made and the grooves/rectangles on them help keep them in place which is nice but the shorter ones are pretty short, it's still something but I'd like the option of 2 of the taller ones to do squats. It also would've been nice if the two shorter ones stacked on each other were the same height as the taller one so you still had two sets of the same height only with 3 of them butttt the shorter ones stacked on top of each other still fall a little short of the tall one which is a bit frustrating. They're still a nice set but I'll basically use the shorter ones for exercises & stretching but the real one mainly just for stretching.

These wedges are for performing calf stretches, which you probably already know. I recently needed physical therapy for a knee injury and was introduced to this type of wedge at that facility. However, the wedge there is made of wood and I would guess the entire assembly weighs 3 to 4 pounds. These wedges provide the same utility, but only weigh 12 ounces. They have a nesting design, and don’t take up much room in storage, so they can be taken along with you. The wedges are made of a very tough foam and are 12 inches long and 6.5 inches wide. The large one is about 4 inches tall and the 2 smaller ones about 2 inches tall. This design gives you height options of 2 inches, 4 inches (and even 6 inches, if you stack them up - but only for one foot at a time). They work just like the wood versions and I like the fact that they are lightweight and store easily. The price, when I obtained them, was slightly less, or about the same. I might go with the wood versions, if you have the room (like a home gym) and intend to leave them out all the time, but these are great for me.

Light and easy to carry. Works as expected. The blocks have grooves that allow for easy stacking. I have a broken ankle and need a way to stretch achilles and also work on increasing range of motion. They are worth the money IMHO.
