My friend uses one to help her get into my car. I didn’t pick it up & then ran it over. I replaced hers, and got one for our camper too. Black isfine for climbing on. It folds flat, so it stores easily. You can pick it up quickly, no work to it. It holds people who are large, and doesn’t break easily…but cars will destroy it.

Bought this step as an aid for my mom to get into large SUVs. It worked like a dream for two times. However the 3rd time mom stepped on it (using by the bathroom sink) the srep buckled inward and cracked into pieces. Had I not been standing next to her, she would have taken a very serious, hard fall! (My mom is tiny. Maybe 5' tall and 120 pounds soaking wet so this failure was NOT due to excess weight) I wanted to write a positive review and give 5 stars but when they they broke. I feel like I need to fore warn potential buyers that they do not last even a month!!! Please be very cautious if considering this item.
