Forks came quite sharp. These dug into the plywood really well to remove carpet staples. Exactly the tool I needed.

This works ok to get started on a nail edge that is stuck as well as a thumbtack/furniture tack. The wedge portion at the tip is a bit abrupt, maybe 45° instead of a gentler slant, it has the steep slant that then switches to the gentle wedge. This makes them a bit harder to get under the edge but that's not any problem a grinder won't fix.They do what they say and you have a spare, so good value for money!

Bought this to remove about 1,000 decorative tack from a piece of old furniture. The too as delivered did the job, but giving the business end a little touch up on my grinder thinned the edge just enough to fit under the tacks easier. All in all a good tool. Four stars because of touch up.

These are so useful at my job as a mechanic and at home. Whether you are pulling out retaining clips or small nails or tacks, this tool is the best. I love the 2 pack. One for work and one for home

This made the job so much easier. Highly recommend if removing staples from old carpet.
