Makes you feel so relaxed and leaving your body feeling great. It's light weight and is also very stable. It is designed to not take up a lot of space and is easy to stand on or exercise on. The different settings and the different exercises that you can do are great! I am 76 years old and this is very functional and well designed , I feel very safe while using and makes my body feel amazing.

I ordered the Taevno vibration plate for myself to use for circulation and lymphatic drainage. I've been using it daily for 6 weeks now and am loving it! I tend to use it at the end of my work day after sitting for several hours and I feel great afterwards. I appreciate the quality and design of this particular vibration plate. It was easy to set up. There's suction cups on the base to secure it to the floor. I love the large base and feel there is ample room for my size 10 feet and 143 pound frame while I stand and hold onto the handles for support. There's programs 1-7 and I've worked up to level 5. The programs are vibrating different body parts as it automatically changes the vibration speed. I spent a lot of time reviewing all the models and reviews and must say I'm very happy with my purchase and the wellness benefits I'm experiencing.
