Perfect size for 13 inch pan. I measured for quite some time and it was right.

I am happy that I found this lid on my first try for my 13.5” Cuisinel Cast Iron Baking and Pizza Pan. I love the see through glass so I can observe the food underneath. Although it is not a perfect fit, the glass lid outer rim (widest diameter) of around 13-1/4” fits my pan outer rim of 13-5/16” beautifully. This exceeded my expectations.I measured the glass lid inner rim to be around 12-3/16”, which is a bit small for my pan inner rim of 13”. This means that the lid may jiggle around a bit when it is on, which was somewhat disappointing. However, I am not sure I can easily improve on this, given my pan is an unusual size. This is not an inexpensive lid at the time of this review, but it appears to be a well-designed and nice looking one. The lid appears to do the job I needed.I was glad that it arrived more or less well cushioned, including a handle and hardware to attach. Given I always buy pots with handles already assembled, I might have liked a quick diagram on proper handle installation. At the risk of this sounding self-explanatory, I was confused initially as to which handle parts were for shipping only vs. which parts were for cooking.I think I figured it out based upon plastic parts would easily melt with the heat of cooking so those were eliminated. The handle stayed relatively cool for my quick cooking projects but heated up for the longer ones. I use a hot pad to handle this lid for my extensive cooking projects.

Inner rim is about 12.5" diameter and outer diameter is about 13.25".

Really well put together cover made of glass. This cover has a finished smooth edge so it will sit at the top of a 13.5 inch Wok. Maybe even well enough for a 14 inch Wok.The double hole handle properly supports the over-sized lid.The glass appears to be a reasonable gage.
