We love our Nespresso coffee maker and the coffee it makes. Our only problem is Nespresso does not make the blend we prefer. Our favorite coffee is a 2/3 decaf and 1/3 regular caffeinated breakfast blend from a local coffee roaster. These foil lids are the perfect solution. I have discovered a couple of tricks to getting them applied correctly: First, I put the measured scoop of our coffee blend in the pod then I tamp it down with an espresso tamper. Second, I have a pod holder I acquired somewhere along the way that has a little ledge along one side. I place the pod in it. When I peel the foil lids off the waxed paper, they tend to curl a bit. I place the curled edge adjacent to the raised edge on the pod holder which spaces it correctly and smooth it out. Finally, I use a sealer to press the foil onto the pod which ensures an even seal all the way around. This may seem a bit labor intensive but I’ve found I can work it into a good workflow so it doesn’t take much time. With this process we’ve never had a leaky pod and get very uniform results. Very happy with the quality of these pod covers, they do an amazing job and are just the right size.

I figured out I drink two pods a day and if you bought the branded pods I’d be spending an average of $60-80 a month if I went back to my Starbucks habit it would be around $150 a month plus I get to make local grown Kona coffee/mixed with espresso pods for less than 0.25 per pod.The product is easy to use quality adhesive and works well. I will be a repeat customer for years to come or until my machine dies lol

I was pleased to see these were available for my Nespresso and they work great! You do need to align it up pretty good in order to not cover the barcode on the bottom side of the lip, but it is nice to be able to use my own coffee to use in the Nespresso machine. I buy the coffee I like and then grind it a tad bit more, in order to use it in the Nespresso machine. These stick well and it works like a charm!
