Fits over old school milk jugs, where the old plastic cap broke, takes a tiny bit of stretching, maybe should have got the next size up, could be slightly thicker material. But works well so far.

I looked for ages for a top to fit my salad dressing bottles. This is a perfect size and it not only fits the Good Season's salad dressing jar it fits small yogurt jars. It is tight and holds on. It NEEDS to be dry to take hold though, applying it wet will slip and the jar will fall over. It is a fabulous expandable top.

This lid is perfect for my Kambusha drink cans. The size is great. Easy to put on.

Great product - used for keeping small cans of tonic and lemonade fizzy. Also used for tin of rooting powder after plastic lid broke.

Update: I wrote the original review yesterday. Today, I grabbed one of the bottles and because I was about to use it anyway, I tipped it on its side to see if anything would leak out. Nothing. I shook it and tipped it again. Nothing. I pulled the top off, poured some of my fresh cashew milk out and onto my cereal. Because I'd read so many reviews across Amazon about how these caps don't stay on when they/the bottle top gets wet, I expected it to leak after I put the top back on (because I didn't dry anything off). It did not. The top did pop off of the bottle while I was eating my cereal. I put it back on and turned the bottle on its side. Still no leaking. I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll come update this to 5 stars if I can put the second bottle in the freezer without anything leaking out.I haven't put the bottle in the freezer yet. I'll do it later today.Original:My bottle tops are 1.7" and these tops required a tiny amount of stretching to cover them. They are not secure. Although I haven't tried it because I don't want to waste cashew milk that I just made, I fully expect the liquid to leak out if I tip the jar to the side. As it is, I used two tops and just made sure they stand upright in the fridge.I'm tempted to order the one size that's smaller than these, but I'll be irritated if those don't fit at all. I might do it anyway, just in case they do fit.
