Nice little egg cooker! This was an impulse purchase, felt confidant with the positive reviews and I have one to add to that. Works egg-actly as described! I make 5 hardboiled eggs in about 3 minutes, and you know it's done because machine turns itself off. Easy to know since there is a large orange light in the front that will go out when done. Easy instructions and I got 5 perfect eggs the first try, there was no learning curve for me or trial and error. Makes omlets as well with included tray. Very easy clean too, it really doesn't get dirty inside so it's a quick wash for sure. The unit is smaller than it looked to me from the ad, and that's a good thing. If you are short on space this won't be difficult to store. It's amazingly compact. This would be good for a student in a dorm or some similar scenerio. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

This was pretty easy to use and it is also compact for storage. I did not attempt an omelet in the attachment but have used it to make hard boiled eggs. I haven't quite perfected the soft boiled eggs. The piercing piece is great and doesn't crack the egg. The unit holds 5 eggs. It comes with a measuring cup that that identifies how much water you need for soft, medium, and hard boiled eggs. It does not have an on/off switch. Expect it to turn on when you plug it in. It works pretty quickly, I just set it up and walk away. I find the eggs to be really hot when it is first done anyway.

Amazing! I can cook almost anything, but hard-boiled eggs are not my thing. I have tried every trick to make them perfect. Ugh, not for me until I ordered this delightful compact item. YAY! Now I can enjoy hard boiled eggs. It is so easy, prick the egg, add the amount of water suggested, plug it in and Abracadabra the eggs are done to perfection. Great price point and comes with the measuring cup and the pricker for the eggs.

There are a few things that happen with this, but it is not enough to take away from being a five-star. You are buying something under 15 bucks to make eggs, and there are going to be a few mishaps.1. Make sure you put a small towel or paper towel underneath because you are going to have a bit of water from the steam.2. The eggs do get brown a little underneath, which is ONLY the shell.The eggs themselves, once you break the shell, are perfect! Hard boiled eggs in under a few minutes? You can not beat that. I like hard boiled eggs in my salads, I put them on while I am making my salad, and they are done when I am done! I saw in a review that there is no timer, there is a timer that shuts off when your eggs are done. This little device is easy, cheap, and it works. At least it works for what I use it for!

I am very impressed by this product. I had been using an egg cooker that goes in the microwave for 10 years or more and was basically happy with it. Then I happened upon this one and decided to give it a try. I love the color; it matches my kitchen so it looks good on the countertop, freeing up some space in my cabinet. It took a bit of trial and error to find the setting that cooks the eggs just as I like, but it's nice to have options as to degree of doneness. I would suggest paying close attention on the first use, because there's no "beep" (like the microwave) when eggs are done, and it actually worked more quickly than I had expected. The product has worked very well for me so far.
