I cancelled my gym membership and have slowly been acquiring equipment to workout at home. These have been a great addition. They’re great for doing elevated squats and help target specific muscle groups. I love that they’re adjustable for different angles. The material feels cheap but so far have been holding up without any signs of wear or tear.

These are rugged and perfect for what I needed. My only minor complaint is they are very slippery if using in a room with hardwood floors.

I received six pieces total! When I ordered it I think that was three, there are two pieces with Anti-slip stickers only but that's enough for me, thank you

I like how these step wedges come stacked together, six in total. Using just one wedge will increase the difficulty in your workouts by slightly changing the muscle groups being activated, as well as working on balance, but the more wedges you stack atop each other, the higher the step and the more difficult your workout will become for greater gain. I tried using just one wedge when doing barbell curls and I could, most definitely, feel a slight increase in difficulty, but when I added another wedge, then another to each foot's step, the more I noticed my effort having to increase. For the wife, she uses a step platform for her cardio exercises, but I cannot see why she couldn't also stack an even number of wedges in alternating orientations to make a flat step for her 'step up/step down' exercise routine that I see her doing.
