Esta bien el producto lo malo es que las teclas de mas suma asteriscos comas están mal ubicadas en el teclado asi que tengo que recordar sobre los teclados anteriores, no se si regresar la o seguir adivinando esos teclados como se ubican

The batteries in this keyboard do not last more than month, usually less. The mouse driver is bad, mouse freezes all of the time. I had to use anther mouse instead. Very poor quality. Also lack of quality control , I imagine.SO: After all that I decided to take it appart, (Don't think there's any warranty to void anyway) and unpon inspection, I found the strip that connects keys to the PCB. As I suspected, there was a thin film of carbon on the contacts. I remember back from the 60's TV days and cleaning "Barrel Tuners", that if these keyboards were stored in a warehouse usung Natural Gas for heating, that is the cuplrit for all of our trouble. Natural Gas puts carbon in the air as it burns. Not enough, I don't think for health concerns, but anything that has exposed contacts will, over time, get a layer of carbon. Carbon, by the way is used in resistors. That explains the bad, and intermittent response.SOLUTION: Dismantle the keyboard, remove batteries. With the back end tiped toward you, remove all the screws and remove the lid, and the plastic sheet, if you want. Over to your right, closest to you, is a metal strip with 2 screws in it. I didn't checkfirst, but I suspect these may have been loose. Take these screws out, remove the metal strip, remembering which way is up, along with the plastic divider underneath. Now carefully lift up the keyboard mylars and look at the contacts on the bottom. Mine were black. Now take a fiberglass cleaner or an ink eraser will work to; and clean these contacts. Don't over do it. Reassemble the spacer and metal strip, then the plastc and keyboard cover. Put all the screws in loose. Then tighten from the middle outwards. Now your keyboard should be like new again. If you live in a home with natural gas heat, you may have to do this once a year. But still, the battery issue is a problem. If you always have spare batteries on hand, then ok. But if you want reliability, buy something else. I think the merged mouse on the usb could be th issue. Bythe way, I put the moue back layely and seems to be ok. Maybe Windows 11 has addressed their issue.Update: I ahve been forced to use another usb mouse as the one thats with this keyboard is horribly intermittent. Furthermore, the batteries last maybe a month, and although they test good ona battery tester, the keyboard will not function any more, but can use the batteries in something else that isn't so "Power hungry". Again, as I said before, I regret buying this keyboard after discovering it's many flaws. Not recommended.
